Each product is carefully inspected to meet the highest standards. However, in the rare case something goes wrong, our return and exchange policy ensures you’re protected.

 Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• The watch arrives damaged or defective
• You receive a different product than the one you ordered

To qualify for a return:

• The watch must be unused, with all original tags, packaging, certificate of authenticity, and protective materials intact
• You must provide a clear unboxing video from the moment the package is opened
• Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted
• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

 Exchange Policy

If your watch is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily provide an exchange instead of a refund:

• You may request a replacement of the same model (or equivalent value if the item is unavailable)
• Once verified, we will promptly arrange the exchange and shipping of your new timepiece at no additional cost

 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the exclusive and collectible nature of our luxury inventory, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Watches that show signs of wear, usage, scratches, or modification (resizing, alterations)
• Items returned without original packaging, tags, or documentation
• Return/exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Customized or engraved timepieces

2. Submit Required Proof
   Include the original unboxing video and any relevant photos clearly showing the issue
3. Await Approval
   Our team will verify and provide return/exchange instructions
4. Ship the Product Back
   Use a trackable courier service for return shipping
   • If the issue is our error, we’ll cover return shipping
   • Otherwise, shipping costs may apply
5. Processing Time
   Upon inspection, we will process your return or exchange within 7–14 business days
